To send a batch of Obligo invitations to multiple residents, contact our team who will be happy to assist. To send individual invites:
Click the “plus-sign” icon on the left side menu of Obligo.
2. Fill out lease details:
A.) Select: New Renter (for move-in) or Existing Renter (for mid-lease)
B.) Enter property information, lease start and end dates, rent and the security or existing deposit amount.
3. Enter renter details: First & Last Name, Email & Phone Number
4. Confirm the information is correct.
5. Click either "Confirm and Invite Later" or "Confirm & Send Invitation Email."
