How does Obligo make money?

Obligo charges a non-refundable service fee for each active Billing Authorization. The fee varies based on your property’s security requirements and is typically charged upfront for the first year (then charged monthly upon lease renewal).

Obligo can charge this fee to residents or to the property, depending on how you would like to configure the service. Many of our partners pay the service fee for their residents, as an additional amenity to help power a better resident experience and boost retention rates.
