I can't connect my bank account, what should I do?

Tips to help with Obligo qualification

  1. Troubleshoot your connection:

  • Make sure you entered your bank’s login credentials correctly

  • Ensure you have sufficient funds in your account

  • Try using a different bank account

  • Reach out to our support team at support@myobligo.com for assistance

Note: Some bank accounts have sharing restrictions that may prohibit connecting to a third-party application that is necessary to qualify you for Obligo. If that’s the issue, you can try using another bank or one of the alternative qualification methods below.

2. Try an alternative qualification method:

  • Use two credit or debit cards and authorize a soft credit check

  • Use two non-US credit or debit cards and an ID verification

3. Still having trouble qualifying? With their permission, you can also try connecting the bank account of a family member or significant other.
